The Corozal Flea Market is this week-end, Friday and Saturday, 3rd and 4th of February, open to the public 9:00 am to 3:00 pm.

Vendors can arrive as early as 7:00 am for setup. Call 607-8200 for information.

Bad news, the weather has caused a week's delay for the Valentine Art in the Park. The good news … just extend your loving celebration for Valentine's Day for a few more days. (Make it a habit to celebrate love every day!)

Art in the Park is a monthly event sponsored by ICA. Local artists display and sell their creations. It is held in downtown Corozal in Central Park.

Music for February will be provided by Melody Man featuring Yoga Man!

Come see what's available for your Valentine Sweetheart! You might also find something for your mother, father, son, or daughter! NOT to mention your wife or husband, who we hope is your Valentine Sweetheart!

Art in the Park Christmas Edition

Fri 17 Dec 2010—Christmas Art in the Park

This month's Art in the Park is Saturday, 18 December, 2010. It will be a special Christmas edition of the event. The Children's Christmas Party will just be ending, so bring a garbage bag and help clean up so we can get started with Art in the Park!

Carlos Perrote and his 15 member jazz band will be back! For more information about Carlos see the biography found on this page.

Plans are for an extended event, not ending until 11:00 pm, so come on out!

Maya Mestizo Cultural Day

Thu 14 Oct 2010—Maya and Mestizo Cultural Day, October 16, Xiabe

A Maya and Mestizo Cultural Day will be held in Xiabe Village on Saturday, 16 October, from 10am until 4pm. There will be Maya food and drinks, local food and drinks, Mestizo cultural presentations, and Maya-Mestizo Music. A Karaoke competition will be held with great prizes, $20 entry per person, $30 per group. Disco night will follow from 9pm until 3am. Dance all night long with the flow-movement sound of DJ-E-Flow. $5 entry per person and $8 per couple.

This month's Art in the Park is Saturday, 18 September, 2010. It will be a special September Celebrations edition of the event.
