We are happy to list businesses in our corozal.com directory at no charge. We have a wide range of options if you are interested in more of a web presence. Here is the price structure for our directory as well as for webpages and websitos.

Mini-pages
Included with a Premium Listing is our new Mini-page. This is a special directory page where your entry is the only directory item on the page. It can include up to 3 images with pop-ups, and it can have a printable Google map (we need latitude and longitude for this). There is a small key icon at the bottom right of the regular entry to access this page. This also allows businesses that do not have a regular web page to advertise their Mini-page for a web presence.
Banner Ad $90 - $140 Bz per year
Banner Ads are those on the right side of most of the more than 200 pages on corozal.com
Ads appear randomly.
For ad to appear on home page (also random), cost is an additional $50 or $140 per year.
You get a Premium Listing in the Directory, with everything listed for Premium Listings.
A click on the image will take the viewer to your web page if on corozal.com, or to your own website.
Web Page(s) on corozal.com
You may purchase a web page on corozal.com for your business.This will give you a web address to use on advertising and/or business cards, such as corozal.com/web/kathysdiner.
The cost for hosting a webpage is *$30Bz every 3 months*.
The cost of designing the webpage depends on the complexity of the page and how much work it entails.
We will be happy to discuss this with you, and we do not add hidden costs.
Websito
This is like your own little website that is hosted on corozal.com.It can be designed to your liking, and can be more than one page.
You can have a simple address to use, as corozal.com/jwdesigns
We will list your email address, or use a corozal.com address like jwdesigns@corozal.com and we will have email to this address automatically forwarded to an address of your choosing.
The advantage to have a websito instead of your own website is that you do not have to pay the additional cost of setting up your own site or pay for a domain name.
The cost of hosting a websito is $40 every 3 months.
The cost of designing the websito will depend on the complexity of the design.

Web Sites
If you would like to have your own website with your own domain name (web address) we will happy to discuss that with you. We can help you get your name, and we will happy to host it for you. Design cost will depend on complexity of site and work entailed in setting it up. Hosting the site is only $50Bz every 3 months.For the web services listed above, when you purchase one, it will include all the perks of the previous types. For example, if you purchase a Web Page, you will receive a Premium Listing and all that it includes.
Real Estate Listings
The Real Estate section of corozal.com is completely separate from the listings above and the Corozal Directory. A real estate listing is $50 Bz per year, you provide the images and the text. You can have up to 8 images. If you would like more, it's $10 for 4 more images. If you would like for us to take pictures and write text, there will be an additional cost.
We have a realtor's package that is $250 and includes 10 listings, a banner ad, and a premium listing in our business directory. You can have additional listings for $25 each.
Note: We have been doing corozal.com since 1997 and are interested in making it a valuable resource for the people of Corozal Town and the Corozal District. We are slowing adding features, including news items and a calendar of events.
